All instructors are great but take any of Medwin's classes if you're serious about a kick ass workout.
Mike and Diana are the best instructors there. Mike has the best detailed direction, energy and music while Diana is fun and great direction. Bring ice cold water. You'll need it.

Get a ballet dancer's body without the ballet. Try it at least 3 times. You will learn all the secrets of your weaknesses.
Charles and Jamel teach the best Cardio classes. TRX is hard work but totally fun!
- Be sure to rake Dan's class if want to truly get shredded. He rocks!
Love all of Jamels classes! Highly recommend them- Take Charles circuit training. An incredible workout!
