Aswin Mochamadธันวาคม 24, 2012Salmon Taco is a failed one, it should be seared. It means as Chef Nobu Matsuhisha said it should be thick enough so the middle part of the fish is raw- Try blossom belly sushi,and tokyo belly classic from ramen,you should likely them :)
Edward Teddyกันยายน 11, 2014Food is ok but serving the appetiser after one of the main courses seems normal to them. Then 10 minutes later the second main course showed up. Quite unprofessional but at least they were apologetic.
