Tim Akkerman: One of my favourite restaurants in Amsterdam. Great 3 course menu for € 33,-, in a relaxed no nonsense atmosphere. The service knows what to advice you, do not hesitate to ask. Book weeks upfront.

Tim Akkerman: Take the tourist train in the centre (€ 5,-) to travel around the city and have a great view from different angles (during the ride you really discover the beauty from a different perspective).

Tim Akkerman: Start with the anti pasta (great cheese) and for main try the pasta with truffle. Great owner.
