Lovely place. They didn't know about the Mayor Special when I tried to redeem it, but honoured it anyway. Friendly, polite staff, gorgeous building :-)
5 star venue 2 star service, shame as it's a beautiful venue in a perfect location- Great bathrobes, coffee machine, and bed! Easy walk to the Whisky Exchange across the river!
Great hotel works for me every time plus freshly cooked breakfast.
