    Get a body wrap from Kerry. She's great! I left feeling smooth, relaxed an smelling like a million bucks. Also, Jill who does waxing is super sweet and gentle. My face is so smooth.

    Great quiet location in Norwich. Very calming and the massage was fantastic. Looking forward to booking my next one.

    My favorite spa on the east coast--and I DO spas! The relaxation room is a can't miss. Fantastic martini selection in the lobby bar. Villas are a great value. Close to the casinos too!

    Absolutely phenomenal. Get a massage, a facial, and a pedicure. Relax in the official "Relaxation Room," take yoga, drink tea and scones, and don't forget a smoothie at the juice bar.

    Wonderful experience. Fave spot is the relaxation room. Best deep cleansing facial ever w Jaime. We will be back!

    Its a great spa, don’t need to stay at the inn. It’s very outdated, the restaurant however has delicious food.

    Spa was way way over crowded. Massage was rushed and couldn't even get s chair in the quiet room. If they allow daily visitors hotel guest should have priority. Wasn't that impressed

    If you're staying on the grounds, order room service instead of eating at the Kensington. It's $3 extra and the service is fast. The service for dinner is horribly slow-def not worth a 19% gratuity.
