Our one night stay was perfect!

This place is pretty decent for the price and location. Often times my key doesn't work which can be annoying. Staff is generally friendly save for a few. Turning into a Westin in the near future.

Now managed by starwood, which gave it a facelift to be continued in the next couple of months. Large rooms, free Internet. Bathrooms need updating
Love this place, great location, super staff, easy access.

Heather Andersonกันยายน 4, 2012Big rooms, good midtown location, but the staff are nowhere near Starwood quality. Rude, lazy, and way too into their own conversations to provide proper service.
Soon to be a Westin! It will be great, the reno is almost done!!- Breakfast nothing impressive, rather walk outside - several alternatives in few block radius.
Location is good. Staff is rude and completely clueless!! If you're there for vacation and don't plan on spending to much time in the room, it's fine.

Horrible place with horrible service. Stay away from this place.
Avoid. Took three attempts before they would make up my room. Final time they when they did it? 3:30AM
