    Totally not worth the money or the wait. While some of it was slightly entertaining, it was mostly a cheesy, disappointing experience. WARNING: you will get splashed with water on one of the rides!

    Even when you've got your ticket for the savings deals you don't get fast track makes no difference for time.

    I think people who write reviews do not quite get what this place is about. It is not about being scared. There are much scarier places nearby. The experience is very educational and interactive.

    Be aware that this attraction closes really early, the doors closes already at 5pm during the week.

    Be prepared to get water splashed on you... Watch out during the Plague- it is especially unexpected.

    I was so looking forward to come back to the london dungeon but I was very disappointed to learn that this once spectacular museum became a mini theater I was bored to tears

    تجربه سيئة جداً جداً .. لان الشخص يقطع تذكره عشان يشوف حقبة زمنية بشعه و يتعذب بالروائح الكريهة المنبعثة في كل مكان لمدة ساعه و نصف بالاضافة للارهاق حيث الوقوف شبه المتواصل لمدة ساعه و نصف

    Avoid the long queue by getting there early:)or else you might end up to wait for like 2 hours before getting in the dungeon!!

    Not as scary as expected. Book online before you go to keep queueing time down. Later entry times get you cheaper tickets.

    Vão querer te matar... de tédio. Extremamente chato, nada de assustador. Os atores falam rápido e com muito sotaque, horrível de entender. Perda de dinheiro e principalmente tempo. Não vá.

    Long q not helped by staff asking to make up gaps. Priority is a must but not available if you have been to another attraction.
