    Spam can be turned into some stellar bar food, like with The Local Oak's Surfers on Acid. The buns are Hawaiian rolls, which are toasted in butter before they receive a slice of lightly seared Spam.

    Specialty cocktails are delicious! My favorite is the local oak, but if you enjoy a more traditional drink try the Moscow Mule(they use house made ginger syrup). go on Tuesdays for sloppy joes ummm!

    Excellent brunch 11 to 4. Bacon burger and huevos verdes were excellent. Great beer menu, too.

    If you eat pork you must get the candied bacon! You probably won't want to share. Also, check out their daily specials and happy hour.

    It's a little noisy but has a great atmosphere. Happy hour is decent but food is really good. Their mixed drinks are fun.
