    I pricelined this hotel so I can't really complain. But if I were paying the full rate, I'd be pissed with the teeny dumpy room. Like somebody said, it gets the job done. Staff was friendly though.

    The wifi is pricey and terrible. There is free internet in the lobby - if you want to go sit there.

    Hotel under Reno. But rooms still the same. Old n chalky. Closet more like a small vent rm.. staff friendly but mail rm is in a mess??!!

    the bed doens't fit a couple, it is not even twin size, the room was very small, the bathroom very old and the walls like paper, I woke up very early every day because of the noise. Horrible!!!

    Old bathrooms and my mattress is so old & creaky, everytime I turn I wake up from all the noise. It's really severe.

    I really didn't like the full lobby , noises , there was a 30 minute wait for your car , services was not good at all .

    Good front desk service. But poor housekeeping n operator service. Attitude. Never refresh my room for two days. :( missing towels. Quite disappointed cuz that's not the Radisson I know.

    The elevator situation is not good as of Fall 2018. Only 2 of 5 working.

    Working for Radisson in Germany I must say the Hotel is alright but the servie is terrible, no Yes I Can at all, very disappointing!

    Watch the smart people at the counter, they wanted to charge an extra day when I decided to check out earlier. They wanted, but they did not succeed.

    Pésima experiencia en este hotel. Lo único que lo salva es la manager on duty Lauren Ramos que hizo todo lo posible por enmendar la mala estadía.

    Don't waste your money buying breakfast with the room. In fact don't eat breakfast in raffles at all. They charge $18 for this plate.

    Dude, where's my blanket? Never stayed in a hotel where there weren't any blankets or bedspreads, just a sheet. Not fun in winter. What the hell?

    Scratch that....I just realized that the shower had NO curtain (and not in a fancy way). And the water was lukewarm!!! Fail.
