Must end with the potato cake, impossible to explain but it is caramel goodness in a pie form.

Shrimp, the sea bass, the red deer, potato chip pie!! The cookie skillet is one of my favorite in town.
New Executive Chef Jared Rogers has got it going on....luxury shrimp, Truffled Yellowfin Tuna, grilled calamari and the pan seared New Zealand red deer soooo delicious!!!!
