It’s a very old & boarding Mumbai airport. Nothing much to do.
It is chaotic at night.. It is worst then a railway station.. Good time to arrive is in the mornings or afternoon..
Web check in for the seats in the rear, the entry is from the back of the aircraft
Pathetic pathetic cab service. Crawling, longish queues, with none of the 4 registered radio taxis having a cab readily available. Need to take a lesson or two from IGIA's T3.

Try the airplanes. Nice way to get out of this stinky city, pronto!!
Shops here are not very good. If you need to buy something is better to buy before you come here.
Self checkin kiosks at the lobby are a real boon for lugageless travellers.

Goto ezone, they usually have nice games on the iphone4s and ipad

Crowded and chaotic at0600 in the morning too many people and a small airport fir the traffic it carries
Please never loose your boarding card as itbis too hectic to get another boarding card....

Air India queues can be painful, so do a web check-in. Stamping hardly takes a minute at the first desk.
Be here at least 45 minutes or u will have to miss the flight
As of October 16, 2021 AirAsia also departs from Terminal 1.

Take care of your IDs... Especially your PAN cards, getting a duplicate can be a pain
Booze not free. But WIFI is free. Good speed too.
It looks like there is discount sale in the airport, so much of crowd and no place to sit.
If you're here to take a spicejet, may God bless you with enough patience to withstand their rude staff
