Great new tea shop on N. Killingsworth with some nice tea selections and a small variety of pastries. Super cute space.

This is the hyper-minimal hip cousin to the brightly decorated shopping center boba spot. Very nice staff too. Rad selection of design magazines

Way expensive ($6 boba and $1 tip = $7 for a drink??) but great vibes and high quality drinks. Good place to work.
