    Memorial day weekend this place was packed. Ridiculous! Didn't see anything any cheaper here than at regular stores in Independence MO.

    Followed the instructions for this offer. She said she can't honor it unless I show her an email. The offer doesn't mention an email AT ALL. Glad I know they won't honor their offers as advertised.

    They have signs saying that if you check in 3 times, you get a $10 gift certificate. Went to customer service, and they were clueless. They told me they would e-mail it to me. No e-mail yet...
