The globe on display in the entrance is at the same axial tilt as Earth itself. It is made of a giant NASA mosaic photograph consisting of thousands of individual images taken from satellites.
The Reading Room is a beautiful study space on campus. It's located inside the main entrance,which used to be locked, confusing freshman who often tried to enter through the locked doors.
Originally known as the Hospital of the Good Shepherd, this building was acquired by Syracuse University in 1915. Today, it houses the School of Education.
The JP Morgan Chase Technology Center was built in Lyman Hall in 2009 where students partner with bank employees to conduct research and run global technology operations.
Slocum Hall was designed by 2 SU professors in the early 1900s. It was home to the School of Agriculture and now houses the School of Architecture, the 4th oldest architectural school in the country.
The Women's Building was once the main location for women's intercollegiate athletics, which moved to Manley Field House in 1982.
