Not the best sand (see Mari Ermi) but the water is great here - clear & not too weavy. Slippery on entry but dives deep, fast. Best spot for swimming.

Broadstairs sandy main beach. Well serviced with cafe and toilets. Watch out for seagulls.

Well worth a look around the Abbey Ruins. There's a great view on a path above the water gardens. Don't miss the old mill house at the end near the Abbey.

Long tour is more than worth the extra €, you get to see some beautiful outdoor landscapes and a huge extra cave in the non-guided section. The black cat is very friendly too.
Get there early to have the place to yourself. You can walk down to the little pool in front but don't try to swim through the tunnel without diving gear

Great place to go on a day out. Stunning view, make sure you check out the different floors! Try going on a day where it's not too sunny for better pictures and avoide being blinded by light.
