    The functional training classes rock - I especially like Chad and Jeremy. Also, try Michael's hot yoga class on Thursday nights.

    Yoga here is much more exercise focused than other studios. Try Stacy's classes if you need some spiritual enlightenment.

    Customer service isn't all that helpful for first timers which sucks! Ask ALL your pertinent questions over the phone b4 arriving for class. Arrive EARLY!
