Vedbæk is my home town, situated on the coast 21 km north of Copenhagen. In the "whisky belt" so no riff-raff here. Great for walks in forests or on the beach. Natives friendly but shy.English spoken.
Steve Pickering: The bread is wonderful, but don't they know it! If you don't mind paying top price for quality, this is the place. Have had a run-in with them, so for customer friendliness, I give them 3 out of 10.
Steve Pickering: If you are a sailing enthusiast, this is a great place. Fish is landed here daily. For Swedes, wind and beer is avialable 7 days a week. Ship it in, shag!
Steve Pickering: Supposedly one of the better "folke skole" in Denmark. Too girly for most boys. Bjarke Ingals went to school here, so they must be doing something right. The culture centre is worth a visit! Art.
Steve Pickering: There is a north beach and a south beach. The north one has a bathing jetty. DON'T DIVE IN! The south beach is good for wind surfing and taking your dog after hours.
