Mid day workouts are the best. Nit crowded & easy acess to machines & weights
While at Island City Health and Fitness make sure you fill out one of the FREE raffle tickets at the front counter to win the "Island City Health Bucket" by- Any day we are healthy enough and can make it to the gym is a great day.
This place is awesome don't knock it until you try it. Friendly people. Train boot camp style with Ernesto.
Try the Squared Awhey smoothies! They are to die for!- I hate youth and beauty, Makes me feel like shit, on the other hand it does help motivate me while at the gym.

- Fuck this gym. They have shady business practices, treat their employees horrible and are vindictive on contracts. The members and manager are great the the owner is a fucking prick.
Don't bother with this filthy shit hole. Rusty elipticals Stupid staff. Dirty bath rooms. Lowest customer device ever imaginable.
