I just tried taking advantage of the $1 smoothie on check-in and the front desk guy had no idea what I was talking about. Maybe it's just for show.

Put your own weights away when you are finished. If you are strong enough to use it; replace it where it belongs.- Change it up train heavy for two weeks then switch to 75% of max for 4 sets of 15 reps. Contact WILL for more input. Will2change1962@gmail.com
- If you hire a guy for a massage with a promise of a happy ending, you have hired a prostitute and you have self-esteem issues.
- Change it up. Don't do the same routine week after week. Higher a trainer... Higher ME!
