They also have a solid, whiskey-centric bar program, house-brewed beer, and some unique items like smoked pulled goat with salsa verde and fry bread; and a BBQ version of nachos dubbed Natchez. อ่านข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม
Some of the meats can be a little dry, but the pulled pork is usually great. One of the meat+sides dishes is usually more than plenty for one person. The cocktails are funky good too.
Plutôt branché, il est préférable d'avoir réservé même en semaine... Viande braisée de qualité et des accompagnements parfois originaux! Cocktail avec du sirop de cannelle à essayer pour ceux qui aime
Sit at the chef's bar in the back. The chef, Max, will share great info about your meal! Plus iit's one of the few seats where you don't have to stare at deodorant and car commercials while you eat.
aside from the pulled pork dishes, such as (boom...) and (pew pew) i had to definitely check out the pulled BBQ goat dish that's been there, and it didn't all the condiments, and just wow, perfect.
Thanks to Elisabeth and the team we had a wonderful private party at Southpaw ;-) excellent food and drinks super friendly service and great place. We will come back!
Personally I don’t come here for their bbq which is bland or their house brewed beer which is average. I go for their whisk(e)y selection that is top notch.
Brussels sprouts with bacon cream. They're shredded like cole slaw and really just a bacon cream delivery device, but you get to be the person at table to virtuously order a vegetable.
It's SF BBQ. Trendoid dipping sauces for the okra. BBQ comes as small plates. Just don't expect southern it Texas BBQ and you'll enjoy it. It's not ribs from Okie City but it'll do, pig.
Beer is brewed on site and the porter, dark and heavy, goes perfectly with a plate of meat and sides like Delta cheese grits and hush puppies. อ่านข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม
the house sazerac is fuckin ace. my "litmus test" cocktail, an old-fashioned, was also solid. didn't try the food, but the six-pack of pepper and vinegar-based sauces show promise.
The brisket is one big slab of fat and no meat. I was disappointed with the chicken first time I came here too. If you want some real BBQ try hi lo around the corner...
if you get sides, MAKE SURE one of them is the black eyed peas. if the other happens to be coleslaw, put a bunch of mustard vinaigrette on it. SO GOOD.
Order up the Old Crow bourbon-brined chicken in this smokehouse-cum-brewery. And drink up, their serving tank can whip up 14 kegs at a time. อ่านข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม
Combining Southern techniques with San Francisco sensibilities to create a Southern oasis in the Mission. Beer brewed in house, whiskey flowin' like water.
