My mom found a hair in the bottom of her food and they accused her of trying to get a free meal. Extremely unprofessional and rude!! Couldn't how the manager berated her staff in front of customers.

What's the point of calling ahead with my order then when I show up at the time you say it will be ready you haven't started it yet??? Then give me bogus excuse AND screw up the order?
It's not like it used to be. Some of the ladies act like you should feel privileged that they're serving you rather than making you feel welcome, as if they're tip depends on it—because it does.
