    Well worth the 4 1/2 hour drive! The Batch 5000 was one of the best beers I've ever tasted & all the others in a flight I had were also good. The pizza and nachos were very good. Try the pretzel app!

    This is a little off the beaten path but it is worth the trip. Great beer and interesting an delicious food. Friendly staff too.

    fill a growler if you can! short's is some of the best craft beer in the state. and their food, especial apps, are equally amazing! try the pretzels with mustard, cheese, and pb&j, all made with beers

    Always loved the beer. Just visited the brewery. Amazing beer and cider, flavors for everyone. If you're not a beer person I suggest Octorock. This place is huge! Love it, live music, pool and darts.

    Sketches of Winkle sandwich was incredible. As was the popper Mac n cheese. Try several things and share them. They have tasty beer too.

    Fantastic beer, fantastic service, fantastic atmosphere. kitchen closes at 10:00 so get here early if you're trying to get some food.

    The White Pepper sandwich is delicious. The sauce has a little bit of a kick, and it can be messy, but it's worth it.

    The Gabriel pizza is excellent, even for those that can't handle spicy foods, as the jalapeños are mild and add a nice contrast to the pineapple.

    Hanging Frank or the Kind Ale, when in season. The Kind Ale is a harvest ale using fresh wet hops from the Michigan Hop Alliance. All the hops come from the Leelanau Peninsula.

    Soft Parade is of course awesome. I liked the Local's Light. WTF OMG BBQ wasn't for me. Either was the lime beer. Awesome place!

    Great beer, good food but the mammoth sized flies are a real problem. Flypaper could fix this problem. I've been a customer since the start but it is kinda gross.
