    Worst venue in the Bay Area. Parking is terrible, traffic arriving/leaving is horrendous-give yourself a 3 hour buffer before and after the show. Not kidding. Also, smells bad and the sound is awful.

    Do not pay for front row seats. Just walk up when show starts. No one was kicked out. We bought 6 seats . Ended up with 3

    Nice place for a show. But it just to big. Can't see shit unless in the first few rows the lawn see absolutely nothing. Section 200's still look like dots on stage
