    I can say its the best hotel I've stayed in over my 15 years visits to almadinah❤ this is my second stay at Shaza and they upgraded our room to suit & gave us upgrade voucher for our next visit❤

    A very nice place, so close to the mosque, too! Everything was perfect except they had an air-conditioning issue but they worked it out quickly we didn't have to wait so long. Coming back for sure!

    If you are looking for a hotel that is close to al Masjid Al Nabawi, luxurious, excellent well trained and friendly staff, tasty breakfast buffet,parking for your car.Then this is your best selection.

    Great islamic design and location, everything is fine except for the rooms' lighting it's too dark! also the carpets are visibly dirty and need to be replaced as well as the bathroom towels.

    Unique in its own way. I was too busy awing the Islamic design and the hospitality at the entrance to care about the "minor" shortcomings. Plus point: Near the mosque's main gate and women's section.

    الفندق موقعه ممتاز قريب من مدخل الحرم الحكي مباشرة و سهل للعوائل و مريح جداً و الاكل فيه جميل و منوع و الخدمة فوق الرائعة، انصح في الفندق هذا دائماً لأي زائر الى المدينة المنورة

    The most new hotel in Al Madina, just few steps to Haram. The breakfast is excellent. Transportation to and from airport can be arranged, Very helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

    The location is great, the design I guess the most beautiful in Madina, but unfortunately I have to say the hygiene standard in the rooms is very very bad, need to take extra care of cleaning😐

    افضل فندق في المدينة بالنسبة لي ، الديكور شرقي والاضاءة خافتة والثيم تركي ، العيب الغرف ليست كبيرة جدا لكنها مرتبة ، الفطور رائع والموقع قريب جدا من الحرم، انصح فيه اكيد.

    حبيته❤️ من أحلى الفنادق ، بوابة النساء قريبة مررة و البوفيه الفطور و الغدا روعة على حظي في سوشي و شربة حريرة و شاورما و الأستقبال سعودين بروفيشينال ممتازين بمعنى الكلمة ذوق و أخلاق !👍👍

    Rooms are comfortable beautiful with stylish elegant furniture but they had low room services also the waiters of the restaurant are very rude especially the Egyptian waiter .

    the Global Hotel Alliance chain hotels very nice and comfy to stay. I recommend u to stay in here and try Shalimar lounge inside.

    A very cosy boutique hotel, 5 stars, islamic design with a modern touch. Very close to Almasjid alnabawi, i highly recommend it for newlyweds.

    We have tried Their in-room menu, butter chicken is good, Asian salad is acceptable but not as described, fried vegetables "forgot its name" is terrible; too much spices.

    ديكوره جميل وموقعه قريب من الحرم جدا لكن يحتاج تنظيف للكاربيت 😷 ... معفن جدا ... وياليت بعض موظفي الاستقبال يبتسموا ويكونوا اكثر لباقة !!

    Ramazan ayında yemek kati çok kalabalik. Iftarda yer icin rezerve yaptırın. Tüm asansör, eskimis oda gibi eksilerini Medine hatrina unutturuyor :)

    Nicely decorated hotel, close to masjid nabawi, dirty carpet, noisy aircon, terrible lifts, terrible coffee during breakfast, terrible cleaning staffs, can't understand why they have high rating

    One of the worst hotels ever.. the carpet had stains and burnt out in some areas.. the a/c wasn't working so I had to stay in the lobby and waited for along of time so I could have another room..
