To get the best work out and stretch, do the 75 min fusion with spin and yoga or double up spin and yoga classes. If you only do spin, your muscles end up super tight. Maintain your flexibility!

Take any class with Anita, Gabriella or Zac (spinning) or Tori, Monica or Camille (yoga).
