When you checkin, make sure you look at a map. spread out. Also the rooms are musty and slightly updated. Not a nice hotel. However the morning buffet is great and the workers are very very nice.

Front Office staff is on point. Make sure to ask for Par/Serena/Danielle. They love their job and are awesome at making you feel at home.
- When you check in, tell them you want a modern room. I find many of then are musty smelling, as its an old hotel. Also confirm where the room is. Pain in the ass when you walk a mile with bags.
Josh Webbสิงหาคม 3, 2011$20 a night for parking soo get a room on the northwest side of the hotel and use the parking lot for the commercial complex next door for free! Only a 30 ft walk to the hotel.
Scott Wallerมกราคม 23, 2014The bed here is awesome and they offer a free airport shuttle. It leaves at the top of the hour each hour.- They have WiFi. Someone else said they don't, they do. Like most silicon valley hotels, it ain't cheap. If you are gold member or pay extra, you get access to the lounge. Breakfast and dinner, M-F.

The hotel it's 100% renovated as of December 2019. That includes all rooms and the lobby. Great staff!
Great fitness center, confusing layout. Quesadillas, tuna tartar,and fish tacos off the room service menu are quite good - buffalo chicken pizza is not.
Talk to Ruth the concierge about great restaurants in san Mateo and Half Moon Bay! She very helpful!
Britt Bremerกรกฎาคม 7, 2013The layout of this hotel is so confusing. Who needs a gym when you can cover all your cardio needs by getting lost looking for your room. You might end up in Oakland.
Rooms are clean but everything else is a disappointment. There’s nothing available without a charge; daily internet for €10, bottle of water for €9 and parking for €30!
@VegasVideoNtwrkเมษายน 18, 2012There is a separate elevator for the conference/meeting rooms vs regular hotel rooms. The xyz conf room on the second floor isn't just down one floor from your third floor room.- The hotel it's 100% renovated as of December 2019. That includes all rooms and the lobby.
Sam Flemingพฤษภาคม 15, 2015We asked for three beds and they would not give them to us, the food was expensive, the pool was closed, the hotel staff (not the restaurant ones) were grumpy, they gave us the tiniest room. Very mad
- Plenty of trash cans outside as well as receptacles for depositing cigarettes if you care to smoke!

Edward Roskeมกราคม 23, 2011This hotel layout is very confusing. Keep a map handy and go down to the ground floor and then back up to get from hotel rooms to meeting rooms.
It's very loud outside and you hear train horns all night.
Had to pull out my map and compass to find my room.
