Everything is always clean; good service. Only complaint - bed is super hard and made back issues worse.

Brian Fawstinตุลาคม 5, 2014I went there this morning to pick up a Starbucks and "Turn down for what" was playing in the lobby speakers. I have to say, not sure if it was appropriate but I sure liked it!
The elevator makes me dizzy! On the other hand, the hotel is connected to the mall, which is very nice.
It's a great place to stay and it's near the river walk and mall.

Slowest elevators of ALL TIME. Staff is absolutely wonderful & everything else is great.
Service is dismal at the restaurant on the 2nd floor. Better to eat at the lobby bar.

Boingo wireless is a roaming partner-- subscribe to one of their packages for less than the cost of a day of hotel Internet access!
