Excellent customer service! Homely place, and if you're used to stay at hostels, you won't expect more than what you payed for.
One of the best pizza I've tried in Quito (the best for me is the Romulo e Remo's one)
Don't carry on much stuff, there you will be provided with towels, shampoo, soap, hair drier.. just go and relax ;) ah and eat on a restaurant just next to the thermas, trucha there, is fairly good ;)
