    The guys here are super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. The really take the time to answer questions. Ask for Alex (who usually works at the Williamsburg location) he is THE best.

    They always have really great service, and the staff is super friendly. They did great work on both of our bikes.

    somewhat hidden, yet deceivingly large bike shop right off the Bergen bike lane. great for picking up extra lights or other accessories, huge selection. super friendly staff.

    Totally reliable w/ high quality service. Nobody talks down to you or tries to dupe you. Salesfolk are great at sizing up your needs. And everyone's super friendly, even to patrons who're being jerks.

    If you're looking to rent bikes, look no further: the staff here are friendly, not to mention super awesome. $20/4hrs or $30/day; just make sure to call ahead if it's a nice day and/or a weekend!

    The staff are super helpful about apparel / gear. I spent more than I wanted but I'm happy to support such a nice shop

    Not sure why they get rave reviews. They do good work but I've never met a more aloof bunch in my life—all 5 of the folks I had to deal with were as cold as ice; the rest did their best to ignore me

    One of the only place in nyc that know mountain bikes. The Williamsburge store doesn't know anything in comparison
