    Awesome rooms!!! Very cool staff. Feeling sick, they sent up OJ on the house!!!! Highly recommended... Smack in the middle of the entertainment area... 1 block from tons of restaurants!!!

    Love this hotel! Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Kitchen is a bonus fully stocked with all you need (plates utensils etc) only issue was parking, we have a truck and we could not valet.

    From here, you will not have a difficult time exploring important attractions like the CN Tower and Rogers Centre. The rooms also have a full kitchen, and spacious work spaces.

    Excellent experience. Check-in at 4 PM room ready when I got there at 1. Nice hot breakfast - free goodies during some evenings - had pulled beef sliders and salad last night.

    Great place to crash or for short stays. Free continental breakfast for guests. Interior for all rooms are basically the same. Not much difference btwn regular and corner rooms tho.

    Love the grocery shopping service here - you give a list, they shop & add it to your bill. The service part is free and they do a great job. Love the staff here!

    The Junior Suite is perfect for bigger groups/families. Downtown location is extremely convenient!

    Try the waffle machine... It' delicious with strawberry jam and whipped cream :) Also the staff in general are lovely !!

    Reception is moody and dark but the huge rooms are fine.

    Rooms smell ;( like used sock. Tv has no movies for free, not even the open channels. American type - lousy breakfast included, no restaurant in haus. Close to the shore

    The internet is terrible. The thermostat does not work and air cuts off at night leaving you a sweaty mess.
