    Sherry, the lady in the carpet department may have tried to sabotage my carpet order after a misunderstanding/miscommunication. I'd avoid dealing with her.

    Update: RC Willey makes it right. Their social media guru tweeted back to apologize and gave me gift card for double the discount. Ignore my previous warning. Awesome customer service!
