Very cool new hotel. Especially love the garden at the entrance. Unfortunately no service there but s great zen space.

Kuสิงหาคม 4, 2017This sceny LES hotel known for its instagrammable elevators with two lovely restaurants on the first and second floors operated by Jean-Georges.- Good views at the rooftop bar but no shade - on a hot day it's a bit like drinking on a very chic sidewalk, just a bit closer to the sun.

Yes, it's trendy to have models & iPads & no reception but when it takes 90 minutes to check in one person, y'all got issues & a comped drink ain't cutting it.- Clean modern rooms with smart plugs, controls and tv. Service can be spotty but the food downstairs at Louis is much better than typical room service and worth the stay.

The showers have a rain shower head and great water pressure.- 🍪 One of the tastiest chocolate chip cookies in NYC @ Louis to Go, best nightcap ever 🍪

Visit the lobby to use one of their many USB outlets to charge your phone. Grab a cocktail and play some pool while you wait.

Killer views and a beautiful space but the bar upstairs is radically slow.
