    The place is good. The staffs are nice except a Malaysian girl who always looked fussy... If you re new there, pls ensure you go to the front for queue & escort to table.

    Service quality has recently declined at PS Cafe Harding. Apparently, all the staff have been replaced and the new staff appear rather clueless.

    Infamous horrible service! Waitress just threw the latte glass on the table. They clear your food & cutlery before you finish. Pity, because the food is good.
