- its a no frills gym. theres everything you need there, cardio, weights, and a trx system. wish they had more classes there and some kickboxing bags. otherwise, its very clean and a great gym.
The machines are in good shape and the staff there is awesome and super helpful!! I transferred my home gym to them because I liked them so much better.

$10/month contract, you can't go wrong. Great business model. They can be the Southwest Airlines or Walmart of Gyms!
Use the machines furthest away from the stairs, they're in better shape bc they're used less often. Ooopps just gave the secret away.
Parking situation kinda sucks. And don't come during prime hours like early mornings and after 5:30 in the afternoons.
Tiny and kinda gross, I really only come cause it's close to the train station. Rockaway is much better
$10/month and offers new(er) equipment. Not a bad deal.
