Everything their is not neapolitan this is the first thing. Their dough is a mixture of white and brown flour, not good at all. They cook in gas oven and spread dough in semolina flour. American style

Their focaccia is terrible, not how it supposed to be made. Their dough is rough, not delicate, not springy almost totally crispy, and tasted bad. Their toppings is another bad story. Not good.
