Great food, always busy which is a good sign, tried a few different dishes and they've all been really yum.
Best steak I think I've ever had. Medium steak, nice and rare inside (If that's how you like it). Garlic prawns cooked superb.

Fabulous food, generous serves, reasonably priced (which can be hard to find in Melbourne!). Love the homemade pasta! The arancini are yum (+ chilli oil). The panna cotta with honeycomb is awesome! :)

Dunno what the complaints here are about regarding service. I always get looked after extremely well by friendly, unobtrusive staff. A perfect place to drink wine, eat risotto and keep warm.
Try the buffet breakfast at Melba restaurant. With a spread to satisfy the hungriest tummies and views across the Yarra River, this is a must-do in Melbourne. Also try: the chocolate fountain!
My initial tiny gripes still withstanding and probably beyond anybody's control, I had a wonderful experience here. The staff were totally lovely to us every step of the way, and took excellent care.
