Very good fine dining. The bar isn't as stuffy. Good drinks, pub menu and dining menu. I love the Josef Burger with dijon mustard and a side of pommes frites with truffle oil mayo for dipping
Get there early, buy the cheap seats and head to the beer garden down the right field line. If you get there early enough, you can get a tall pub table right at the fence.
They ARE NOT a brewery but don't let that stop you!They have a constantly rotating stock of regional, national, and international micro-brews and you'll always find something interesting.
The fondue for two makes a great dessert if you are going on a downtown progressive dinner.Take home some chocolates too- I recommend Whiskey & Gunpowder.
Try to sit in the section between the bar and the main dining room. Get a reservation, although you will still have to wait 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
