    I don't get how anyone can give this hotel low marks. It is a small, cozy inn that has all the essentials, and is walking distance from everything. What do you expect for less than $100 a night?

    Park Lane was perfect. Close to downtown. Free parking. And a kitchen. Highly recommend this hotel

    Love the setup. Literally set up in an apartment style. Room rates were great since there were 4 of us staying here. Walking distance to heart of downtown. Highly recommend!

    Fully equipped kitchen, quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown. Dishwasher, too!

    This place was great. We spent our days and evenings exploring Portland and only needed a place to sleep.and shower. This was the perfect setup to do just that. Would do it again!

    More like a motel than a suite, clean but the thin walls make it noisy. Great location, bug I wouldn't stay again.

    If you're staying at The Inn at Park Suites, request a room on the second floor. Footsteps come through to the first floor quite clearly.

    Nice showers, comfy beds.. Nice neighborhood. Head to 23rd street for dinner.

    The kitchens are fully equipped, so I recommend bringing your own food and a few bottles of vino.

    If you're reading this then you've probably already seen your room, and right about now you're probably saying, "This looks nothing like what was displayed on their website!" Wouldn't stay here again.
