    Very small rooms but I didn't come to NYC to hang out in the hotel. Nice staff and very clean.

    The smallest, rudest hotel I've ever stayed at. Only benefit: proximity to Hell's Kitchen and Times Square. Design is disjointed; disinterested staff makes it worse.

    Tiny rooms, but good location. Wi-Fi in the rooms is $15 per hour per device, which is ridiculous.

    Our room had no towels, the radiator pipes were banging so loudly that we couldn't sleep, and the front desk was no help for either situation.

    Quartos MUITO pequenos, a ponto de vc não ter onde acomodar a mala! O aquecimento é central e vc só consegue ligar o aquecedor de ambiente se a temperatura externa estiver abaixo de 12 graus Celsius

    O lobby e a fachada são bonitos, mas os quartos minúsculos. Os corredores são de carpetes velhos e fedidos e os atendentes mal educados. A única coisa boa é q está a uma quadra da Times Square.

    There is a piano bar upstairs but they close at 11:30pm. Downstairs bar is expensive, but nice.

    The rooms are WAY too small. There's a reason people keep saying that. Also, terrible customer service. I'll never stay here again.
