    The quiche is awesome. Seafood gumbo..yum! Blue cheese salad is good. Be careful with the bleu cheese. Its very cheesy.

    Chefs did a great job-- food was excellent! Service was lacking. Asked for a happy hour drink. Was given one with rum that's not part of that special. Rude on the server's part.

    Palace Cafe offers a "Temperature Lunch" on weekdays during the summer. It's a two course special menu priced at yesterday's high (i.e. if it was 95 degrees on Tuesday, Wednesday's lunch is $9.50).

    Terrible place. Took forever to get my food. Very uppity for REGULAR TASTING FOOD, and I grew up with UPPITY. Believe me I've had delicious food; my parents make great money. This place is shit.
