Their soft serve is quite ok, but I won't come here anymore. They charge service charge, but we have to order at counter, take your own water and tissue. Don't understand why they need to charge extra

coffee no good. the ice cream... not worth the visit i think. nothing close to the real jap ice cream. hanjuku cheese cake go komugi much better.
