When Leaving in August to Montreal (from Ottawa), to go to the 2-Day HEAVY MTL Music Festival, make sure to arrive at the Bus Station EARLY! Lots of people from Ottawa are attending this event!- Arrive at the Ottawa Terminal at least 1 hour before and line up at the appropriate Gate. Even weekdays are very busy,so don't think because you're going to TO or Mtl on an early bus,it won't be busy!
- Jaks Mกันยายน 7, 2011Finally they have free WiFi here. Be otherwise prepared for a bleak & depressing station with a couple of vending machines, an ATM, some lockers and washrooms. That's it. Nothing more, nothing less.

- On the way from #Ottawa to #Montreal on the 3pm Bus on May 17th, 2015 and electrical outlets DO NOT WORK!? Driver says "switch is under the bus, and nothing I can do"!? WTH?! WHY would they turn off?

Sooooo sketchy. And unclean. People are rude. Buy snacks at the gas station a block up instead of here. It'll be cheaper.
