Intense workouts!! Sometimes just the warm up is a killer! Great workout! I have lost 50 lbs. since I have started here. Don't listen to the grudge holding babies that cry when they are not let into class for showing up too late.

June Changมิถุนายน 8, 2012I don't recommend here. People at desk are so rude. Instructors don't show up often times in the 7am morning classes. Then they kicked me out for being 15min late in their afternoon class. INSANE.
