Usually a nice ride.....they need to have better non rush hour schedules
Can't get to Mos Eisley cantina no worries just spend an hour at Newark penn after 9pm.
Yellow cabs can be a pain in the butt if you're trying to go local...
If you can't finish your food offer it to the bums who hang out in McDonalds. Stay awhile and hang out with the bums.
During times of severe delays or cancelations, keep your cool and remember to be civilized. It helps with everyone's commute.
Come no more then 10 mins before your train. Not the safest area to be waiting. Druggies, drunks and beggars. Sad but can't help but to feel uneasy.
I agree with the bathrooms! Better off finding a dark corner outside Newark Penn than risking contracting a disease through the soles of your shoes!
Nice if they announced a track change before this old lady had to sprint past cops and up stairs to make the midnight train!

McD's is closed..got a nice lil DD now. The ATM when work are usually crowded. Bums are out in force.
Bums take over this area late night and halls smell like piss..best bet is to keep it moving always!!!
If your going to use the mens proceed with caution. People sh*# in the urinals. #myGOD!
Check out the brioche shop on the track1 side of the station
Keep your guard up in the bathroom. Hobos at every turn. Watch your nose too.

Gross! Don't touch anything! Ppl spit on the platform and smoke. How do you place "no smoking" sign and ppl still smoke? Ppl are nasty and low class disgusting get with the program NJT!
When going to the men's bathroom please cover your nose, the stink is so strong you might pass out.

If you ever feel nostalgic about NYC circa 1973, take a swing by the McDonalds at Penn Station, Newark. Vagrants, pan handlers, doped out beatniks passing out in the stalls.
