CT Bahijahพฤษภาคม 12, 2017Check-in was fast. Receptionists were very aware of people waiting and had several temporary counters for guests to check-in. The rooms however is a bit old. But no worries, it is very clean.
Its a cozy Home away from home! A better hotel than Thistle JB of course!

After renovation, the hotel room is upgraded very much and nice. Service is good and prompt.
For Ramadhan iftar, for a round table, they put 12 chairs. I think the more appropriate number is only 10 chairs.

- Pls be informed that Mutiara hotel normal check in time is 3pm onwards. We are doing our best level to do our turn over on the room.

MK Chenมกราคม 16, 2016Not very well maintained. Lobby looks nice and new but the rooms are not as good. The beds are old. The toilet tiles are outdated and toilet fittings are old.
Very nice hotel. Location is nice for shopping in the area.

- Effectively march 2012 all our room comes with 2 bottled of mineral water for foc..;)
