    Good location. Rooms are small even by NYC standards, no desk in room. OK for a one-night stay but if you have lots of luggage there's nowhere to put it. Not ideal for business travelers.

    Funky and unique hotel, staff was helpful and friendly... 2x bunk bed room option was super small, but economical + it's not Times Sq, it's at W 36th/7th which is more Penn Station area!!

    Great value! Clean, good rooms in prime locations. They try very hard to make their hotels appeal to the "millennials" ...and succeed for the most part

    Need something? Check the “Stash.” Located on each floor, this large closet/room has iron, ironing board, etc.

    The rooms lack a closet, instead you have a wall full of coat hooks! Daily treats in the lobby are a fun extra!

    Персонал отличается забывчивостью и нерасторопностью,забыли полотенца положить на второй день, ночью так и не дозвонились на ресепшн, утром 3 раза напоминали, что они нам нужны! дверь в ванной сломана

    Not much room for your stuff. It’s as small as it looks, but bed is comfortable and shower is roomy.

    Awful hotel. Rooms are WAY TOO SMALL and my AC didn’t work for 72 straight hours. DO NOT RECOMMEND and I will not be staying here again
