    Oktoberfest 2014 was better than Hilton;on the beach, which we islanders never get tired of and a variety of entrance options, food and good music. However,the token system for drinks sucked big time!

    Everything was excellent.Staff was very courtieous. Buffet dinner spread was vast. Food was tasty.

    Отличное место для организации свадьбы, конференции или семинара. Работают на 5+. Собственно гостиничный бизнес немного страдает по уровню обслуживания. Они стараются, но не всегда получается.

    Coco Spa is awesome. For aromas that smell nice, try Sensation and Serenity. Energy and Harmony have more of medicinal smells.

    A bit run down, old carpets in rooms etc, but very nice and also historic. Food very good.

    "Governor's Restaurant" & we was too disappointed about the lunch buffet,,foods are cold...would be delicious if not. and its not allowed to open our own liquor bottle even we pay for the coke-age.

    The hotel rooms need to pass by new decoraton... Old carpets let the room little bit dirty! Staff need to be better trained, they are very slow and don't concentrate on what they are doing!

    The quality of the services is extremely low. The only special thing is that it has a colonial look. The food is worthless. Terrible experience!
