Very good and helpful staff, tiny bedrooms and not comfortable mattresses and beds

4 star hotel in a good location close to the tube. Choose the privilege rooms that are slightly bigger. Breakfast is worth the extra £10,- Free bottled water and soft drinks in the mini bar.

Nice room & breakfast but Internet slow, small rooms & heating non responsive in the winter !

Small rooms and bathrooms. Would not stay again simply for the size. Close to tube is a plus though.
