    Great staff, focused on customer experience. Having hastily left the hotel to catch my flight, they brought me my suit I had left behind. They saved the day!

    Concierge lounge (5th floor) is well appointed and staffed with friendly faces and a variety of snacks in the morning and evening.

    Avg hotel. Good customer service. Nothing around hotel that is walking distance. Good pool and fitness center. Executive lounge is small.

    Sanga at the front desk had no idea how to issue our Bonus Bucks Cheque so we lost $50 on our next stay at any Marriott. How do you hire staff that doesn't know your own products?

    Checkin special of 500 reward points is a joke. Staff has no clue how to handle and is unwilling to check into how to redeem.
