    Great hotel! Staff was very helpful. As mentioned before, it is an old school hotel with an old time feel. We had a great experience & would definitely stay here again.

    Great location. Wonderful bedding and down pillows. Can be noisy until around 11:00PM, but all is quiet and calm until 8:00AM. Very helpful staff. Amazingly fast laundry service! Food here is boring.

    Es un hotel con clase...y el boton de " at your service" funciona te consiguen desde un adaptador de enchufes hasta un dentista, eso si evitar ir a la peluqueria de caballeros de alli.

    120 Pesos (8 USD) for bottled water in room....casual request "Do you want water in your glass?" brings 60 peso charge. Ordered via the menu, a total of 300 pesos, charged for the 450 peso buffet.

    I agree with an earlier tip - do NOT check into this hotel. The service is terrible, no one answers calls at front desk, room service ends up as cold food, with unapologetic attitude. Go to novotel!
